Sonya Prema

Sonya Prema is a New York–based jazz pianist and composer whose music defies easy categorization. Trained at the New England Conservatory, she draws from the deep wells of post-bop tradition while charting her own course through contemporary sound.

Her debut album “Nightfall Variations” earned critical acclaim across jazz and classical circles. A sought-after collaborator and performer, she has graced the stages of Carnegie Hall, the Blue Note, and festivals across Europe and Asia.
